After Completion of my graduation came to Bangalore for job search. I am very much interested in Mobile Technology and i had a desire to work in mobile technology. I tried giving interviews in such companies but am not getting a single chance .I got 3 offers in different domains 1 from big MNC for domain testing.

My desire to work with mobile technology and to learn things is not allowed me to take that offer. I had searched for the best training institute in Bangalore and as I searched a lot, found many institutes now I am at junction to choose ,having no idea which road leads to which place. Since I don't want to waste my time and money neither by learning nothing and going for job nor learning with no job. Am searching for the training center such that makes me learn and opportunity should knock me.

Institute arranged  many interviews faced almost  4 or 5 interviews .Every interview  I cracked ,I was selected in all interviews that I faced. Last I am working with Techjini Solutions Pvt Ltd. Place where am applying  all I learnt and became vital role in my team as well as in organization.

"The day I came to Bangalore was 1st Dec, 2010. I was totally unknown about the process of selection. The first company I went for interview was Sasken. Unfortunately that day it was postponed. After couple of days I again got a walk-in for R2K software. It was scheduled at 8:30 am. I decided to reach before that and I even reached around 7:30 am. No one can believe a small space filled with more than 1200 others like me. I was not even able to give the written test ..

But it taught me a great lesson. "There Is No Self Identity of The Water Drop If Its Color Is Same As That of The Sea." So I decided to change my Color. i.e Searching for a very good technology who can give my identity. That evening I searched and registered on couple of websites of training institutes and got the invitation from Swagatika mam(HR) from FresherLab the same day. They given  a brief description about ANDROID related course. I made my mind to learn Android after vast search for the best technology is just a new born kid who is rising against all seasoned players. When I met the HR, they told I am having 45% in 12th and not elegible for ANDROID. I simply smiled. I told them that I made my decision. I don't want your assurance bond or any guarantee. Just give me the receipt what i will pay to you. I believe when someone is determined and dedicated towards the goal, they never fails in life...When I completed the course even though it took little more than the decided they kept their words. This time The Android is Booming so the recruitment. They gave me seven companies and now I got the placement in Enovate Media Solutions "
